Dance moves + what they target

1. Single-leg standing mashed potato + twisting
• Standing on one leg helps engage the deep pelvic floor muscles and balance muscles
• The twisting motion brings in obliques + deep core support
• Great for pelvic floor coordination and single-side strength

2. Sprinkler / abdominal TA work
• This is amazing for deep core activation
• The TA works closely with the pelvic floor
• Helps with core support, postpartum strength, and abdominal control

3. “Drop it low” squat move
• The squat motion helps strengthen the pelvic floor through lengthening + lifting
• Also works glutes, quads, and adductors
• Think of lifting through the pelvic floor as you come back up
