Our Story

At The Pelvic Method, we believe that healing begins with being heard. Our practice was founded to bridge the gap between traditional care and the personalized attention every patient deserves. We understand that pelvic health is deeply personal — and that your symptoms don’t define you.

We created this space to offer compassionate, evidence-based pelvic floor therapy that helps men and women regain confidence, comfort, and control in their daily lives. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from surgery, or simply wanting to better understand your body, we’re here to walk beside you each step of the way.

Our Approach

We take a whole-body, whole-person approach to care. Your pelvic floor doesn’t exist in isolation — it’s connected to how you move, breathe, and live. That’s why we look beyond symptoms to find the root causes behind them.

Through detailed evaluation, education, and hands-on treatment, we work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. Our sessions are focused, collaborative, and empowering. You’ll leave each visit understanding what’s happening in your body — and what you can do to support your own healing between appointments.

Our Space

We designed The Pelvic Method to feel like a retreat, not a clinic. Our rooms are private, quiet, and calming — because healing happens best when you feel safe and supported.
