Treatment Methods

We use a range of evidence-based tools to support your healing, including:

  • Pelvic floor and core assessment

  • Manual therapy and myofascial release

  • Visceral mobilization

  • Scar tissue and tension treatment

  • Breathing and pressure management

  • Strength and movement retraining

  • Education and self-care support

Each treatment plan is unique because your body and your story are unique. We work together to help you move forward with greater comfort, confidence, and understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wear whatever makes you comfortable and allows easy movement. Because we take a whole-body approach, we’ll have you move through different positions to see how your body works together.

  • Every person and condition is unique. After your first visit, your therapist will recommend a plan based on your goals and how your body responds to treatment. Most patients work with us for several months to achieve lasting results.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% visit charge, and missed appointments without notice are billed in full. We’ll always do our best to accommodate reschedules within the same week.

  • Your first visit focuses on listening to your story and understanding your goals. We assess muscles, nerves, and tissues throughout your body — sometimes including an internal exam, only if appropriate and with your full consent. You’re always in control of what happens during your sessions.
